The Inner Work of Leadership Retreat
A four-day leadership retreat which guides us on a journey into ourselves.
Alnoba, Kensington, NH; June 25-29, 2025
The core of what we bring to any Leadership role is who we are as a person, our inner constitution, our values, our beliefs, our energy.
Can we stay calm in the face of a storm? How do we process our emotions? What is my deeper intent, why I do what I do and does it inspire people around me?
This retreat will be offered in partnership with Claus Radlberger, where we will pursue profound questions that shape our interactions with the people around us. We will learn tested tools from ancient traditions that support us in centering our mind, inspiring with our heart, and consciously directing our intent in order to become more aware and impactful leaders.
This will be a small and intimate retreat of ~12 participants on the beautiful land at Alnoba.

The Pause
A Yoga and Meditation retreat — beginning with a day-long immersion.
Details coming — Spring/Fall 2025
As Nature so consistently reminds us with the trickle of water from the snow, the budding of sprouts from the earth, the coming to energy and light within our own bodies — Spring is a time of birth and renewal. Similarly, Fall gives us the remembering of change, of letting go, and of reconnecting with what is left when all the rest falls away.
In order to step into these times with the whole-hearted embodiment and power we hold within our being, we often need a PAUSE, a disconnect, an opportunity for setting of intentions and holding them in our hearts so they can be nourished.
Once a year is not sufficient - building a practice of this work is what allows us to sustain our connection and commitment to our selves such that we can Be fully in this wild and dynamic world.
I have been taking these pauses for myself over the past several years and am in the midst of architecting a daylong and weekend-long retreat that will run in the Spring and Fall of each year to hold space for such a PAUSE. This will be nearby to my home base in Richmond, VA and will combine practices from wisdom traditions, modern tools and techniques, and the container of community to create the conditions for each of us to move in our lives with greater clarity and intention.
This will be a small and intimate experience for ~12-15 participants.
